Role overview

The Project Manager will take ownership of a project, engagement, contract, or activity on a day-to-day basis. The role focuses on delivering strong outcomes while staying within defined objectives and constraints, and making the best possible use of assigned resources.

This position involves handling risks and issues, maintaining clear communication across the project, and managing stakeholder relationships effectively. The manager is expected to plan, organize, secure, monitor, and control the resources and work required to achieve the project’s goals efficiently.

Grade-specific expectations

In this role, you will coordinate project or engagement performance with the Project Manager or Program Manager and ensure resources are used in a timely and cost-effective way. You will also contribute to the overall project or engagement plan by identifying dependencies with other projects or engagements.

You will oversee routine project or engagement activities, track progress, share status updates, and proactively spot and address blockers, risks, and other issues that may affect delivery.
