Role overview

This position focuses on keeping IT services running smoothly, securely, and reliably across the organization. You will support day-to-day operations, maintain core systems, and help strengthen the company’s technical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Keep IT systems stable, secure, and available for users.
• Run the Microsoft Exchange environment, including mailbox management, policy administration, and security settings.
• Support the design, upkeep, and further development of network infrastructure such as LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, switches, and routers.
• Deliver first- and second-line support to internal colleagues.
• Install, set up, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
• Keep IT processes documented, reviewed, and planned in an organized manner.

Requirements

• Completed IT-related training or comparable professional experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server environments, and networking.
• A structured, methodical, and well-organized way of working.
