The company supports sourcing a broad range of products from overseas, backed by experience in international trade and global supply coordination.The team helps businesses manage the challenges of cross-border procurement, whether they need raw materials, finished goods, or specialized products.Role OverviewThis position is for an accounts assistant who will handle routine bookkeeping support, transaction entry, documentation, and basic reconciliation work in a full-time office setting in Mumbai.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord purchase and sales entries correctly in Tally Prime.Enter bank transactions and assist with simple bank reconciliation tasks.Update Excel trackers for daily accounting and monitoring work.Keep bills, vouchers, and other records properly organized in both physical and digital formats.File accounting documents in a structured way so they can be retrieved quickly when needed.Assist senior team members with regular accounting and reporting activities.Ensure data entered is accurate, consistent, and completed on time.EligibilityThis opportunity is open only to candidates based in Mumbai who have at least 1 year of relevant experience and can work full time from the office.Working ConditionsOffice-based role in Mumbai.Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.Working days: Monday to Saturday.Annual CTC can be up to ₹2.4 LPA, depending on skills and suitability.PerksInformal dress code.Additional InformationThe last date to apply is 2026-06-25 23:59:59.
