The company is hiring two execution-oriented Facilities Coordinators to oversee routine facilities activity across multiple sites in either the East or West region.   • Bring urgent or complicated matters to the Facilities Manager for escalation.
  • Arrange vendors for maintenance, repair, and related service needs.
  • Confirm that vendor work is completed on time and meets quality expectations.
  • Track vendor details and help identify and source new vendors when required.
  • Support 5–6 locations and assist in keeping each site running effectively.
  • Contribute to preventive maintenance, organization, and improvement efforts.
  • Coordinate with site teams to support smooth building operations.
  • Keep facility documentation, vendor records, and site information current and well organized.
  • Maintain straightforward and consistent documentation across all locations.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager with reports, tracking, and project-related tasks.
