Role Overview
The company is hiring Inside Sales professionals for a full-time role based in Hyderabad. The position is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience, and freshers who already have the relevant skill set may also be considered.
Eligibility and Background
Candidates should be graduates with an MBA or a B.E./B.Tech degree from a reputed university. The role is open to applicants with 0 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or related lead-generation activities.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should be comfortable with cold calling, social selling, secondary research, and professional written and verbal communication. Strong email etiquette is important. Familiarity with market research tools and techniques will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
The role involves identifying key IT influencers and decision-makers, arranging meetings, generating leads through social media, and qualifying lead responses and opportunities using BANT where applicable.
The selected candidate will focus on lead generation through cold calling, social selling, and email outreach, particularly in IT services and technologies such as SAP, Microsoft, AWS, QAD, Oracle, IMS, and digital transformation solutions.
Additional responsibilities include sending emails to prospects, maintaining regular follow-ups, building a healthy pipeline for the assigned territory or geography, and working effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate must also be willing to work night shifts for the US market.
