About the internship

This in-office engineering internship at Lodha Group is based in Mumbai and runs for 6 months. It is designed for candidates who want exposure to engineering services within a large real estate environment, with hands-on learning in site operations, testing, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day duty operations related to engineering services.
• Assist in testing activities, performance checks, troubleshooting, and supervised data collection.
• Draft technical notes, manuals, reports, and audit-related documents.
• Coordinate with different teams to help meet site and operational requirements.
• Build familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety practices, and internal procedures.

Eligibility and candidate profile

Applications are open only to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship, are able to begin between 23 May 2026 and 27 Jun 2026, can commit to the full 6-month duration, are based in Mumbai, and have relevant skills and interest. The role also specifically seeks Mechanical Engineering students.

Other requirements

• BE/BTech in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, preferably from the 2024 or 2025 pass-out batches.
• Strong interest in MEP engineering, real estate, or the construction sector.
• Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
