About the role

What you'll do
- Serve as the main contact for digital data needs coming from different teams across the campaign.
- Design, improve, and support internal tools for monitoring pipelines and managing programs, using Flask, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
- Create and maintain checks that protect data quality and help identify pipeline breaks or unusual results before they affect reporting.
- Set up, review, and validate A/B test configurations to ensure treatment and control groups are correctly separated.
- Spot repeated information requests and turn them into dashboards or self-service tools so teams can access data on their own.
- Produce and update documentation for both internal and external use to support ongoing use of data products and reinforce data standards, capture quality, and clean data practices.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience using tools and languages such as SQL, Python, and Google Sheets in a professional setting; internships are included in this experience.
- Comfort with Python scripts for automation and data handling.
- Hands-on experience with, or a strong interest in learning, lightweight web interfaces such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript and Flask.
- Willingness to work with Google Cloud tools like BigQuery and Cloud Run, especially for database setup and maintenance, cloud security, and ELT/ETL pipelines.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas to people without technical backgrounds.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Openness to feedback, curiosity, and a desire to keep developing professionally.
- Ability and willingness to work long hours in a campaign environment.
- Previous campaign data-staff experience is preferred.
