Job Overview

We are seeking a Cyber Security Transformation Manager to lead and manage cybersecurity initiatives across infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms. This role focuses on enforcing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with various teams to ensure security is integrated throughout system designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of cybersecurity projects encompassing infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
• Implement security controls that comply with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
• Perform risk assessments and formulate strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate security considerations into system architecture.
• Oversee incident response processes and support threat management operations.
• Manage and evaluate team performance while fostering skill development.
• Offer expert advice on security best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Accumulate between 8 and 12 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in at least one specialty area such as cloud security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), or network security.
• Proven track record in delivering security solutions within complex enterprise environments.
• Adept at managing stakeholders and ensuring timely execution of project deliverables.
• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
