About the Role

Chipotle is looking for team members to help deliver a better fast-food experience built around real food, friendly service, and strong teamwork. What You’ll Do

As a Crew member, you may be trained across several restaurant stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. You’ll help prepare food made fresh each day, support a welcoming guest experience, and contribute to the day-to-day rhythm of the restaurant.

Training and Career Growth

No prior restaurant experience is required. Applicants from a range of food service backgrounds, or even those new to the industry, are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided so you can become comfortable working in different areas of the restaurant. More than 80% of managers started in Crew roles, reflecting the company’s internal promotion path.

Pay and Compensation

The posted pay range is $17.60 to $18.60 per hour, depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. Final compensation must also comply with local wage and hour laws.

Benefits and Perks

Team members may receive tuition assistance of up to $5,250 per year, free food, paid time off, and competitive pay. Some locations also offer holiday closures. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Additional Information

This is a continuous hiring post, which means it may be used to fill future staffing needs at the stated location or at upcoming restaurant locations in the local market rather than reflecting an immediate opening.
