Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Nairobi is focused on evaluating dog behavior, creating and carrying out intervention strategies, coaching owners, and using behavior analysis methods in day-to-day work. The analyst will also work closely with colleagues to apply consistent approaches and track improvement over time.
Key Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of behavior analysis and applied behavior analysis methods.
- Solid grounding in psychology and behavioral concepts.
- Experience educating owners or parents and delivering practical training.
- Ability to manage and reshape challenging behaviors effectively.
- Clear verbal and written communication, along with strong people skills.
- Comfort working as part of a collaborative team.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Professional certification in behavior analysis or a related area is considered an added advantage.
