Role overview

In this role, you will represent the bar and lounge experience through attentive service, quality beverage preparation, and strong guest interaction. You will help ensure customers receive a welcoming, informed, and consistent experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and genuine service at all times.
• Guide guests through the beverage menu and answer questions in a helpful, informed manner.
• Prepare drinks accurately and manage beverage stock according to established guidelines.
• Maintain strong knowledge of beverage selections and current promotions.
• Understand all menu items, including ingredients, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Work in line with outlet rules, operating procedures, and service standards.
• Follow all food and beverage safety and sanitation requirements.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working as a bartender is required.
• Strong understanding of beverage products is essential.
• Good communication and organizational abilities are needed.
• You should be strong in interpersonal interaction and problem solving.
• Ability to stay effective in a busy, high-pressure setting is important.
• Teamwork and cooperation with colleagues are expected.
• You must be able to stay calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs.
• Fluency in English and the local language is required.

This position is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and is a full-time, on-site role.
