Role overview

This contract role is for an AI Model Assessment Specialist working remotely from Australia. The position focuses on reviewing AI-generated outputs, judging their accuracy and usefulness, and providing precise feedback that can help improve model quality. The expected workload is 10 to 40 hours per week, and compensation is listed at $22 to $70 per hour.

What you will do

• Review AI-generated responses across a range of topics and judge how well they perform.
• Share clear, practical feedback that can support model tuning and future improvements.
• Examine datasets and model outputs for correctness, clarity, and fit with the task objective.
• Spot trends, inconsistencies, and subtle issues in responses by applying strong reading comprehension and careful observation.
• Work with teammates and communicate findings clearly in both written and spoken form.
• Use real-world judgment to simulate user scenarios and assess how useful the model is in practice.

Requirements

• Native-level English ability, or proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Strong analytical thinking and advanced reading comprehension.
• Excellent attention to detail, including the ability to notice fine distinctions and subtle errors.
• Capability to give concise, actionable feedback based on subject matter knowledge.
• Good organization and time-management skills for remote work.
