Accounts Executive

Role Overview

PKF-CAP is hiring an Accounts Executive in Singapore to manage client accounting work and support outsourced finance operations.

What You Will Do

• Take responsibility for a complete set of accounts for assigned clients, either working on your own or as part of a team.
• Carry out month-end closing activities for a portfolio of companies.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
• Manage daily outsourced finance tasks, such as accounts payable processing, payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting work.
• Support the preparation of financial statements aligned with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Work on additional tasks as assigned from time to time.

What We Are Looking For

• You should have at least 2 years of experience in external audit, outsourced finance work at corporate service providers, or accounting roles in business settings.
• A degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA Australia, or an equivalent certification is required.
• You should be sincere, committed, well-organized, and strong at managing time and solving problems.
• The role calls for someone resourceful, proactive, able to work independently in a fast-moving environment, and effective in both spoken and written communication.
• Familiarity with SFRS, IFRS, and generally accepted accounting practices is important.
• You must be comfortable using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and payroll systems.
• Exposure to AI and automation tools used in the accounting field will be valuable.

This position is based in Singapore and is a full-time onsite role.
