About the internship

This work-from-home internship focuses on collecting and organizing business email data according to project rules and quality standards. You will work from a desktop or laptop, prepare files in the required format, upload them on the assigned platform, and keep submission records up to date.

What you will do

• Go through the project instructions and quality expectations before beginning any task.
• Find and arrange eligible business email records from approved sources only.
• Prepare and export the email files in the specified format using a desktop or laptop.
• Submit the files through the project’s designated platform.
• Check that every submission follows the required standards for accuracy, authenticity, and formatting.
• Maintain logs of completed work and monitor submission status.
• Follow confidentiality and data-handling practices throughout the assignment.
• Work with the project team to clarify doubts and improve the quality of submissions.
• Replace rejected entries using the feedback provided during quality review.
• Stick to timelines and share progress updates regularly.
