AI Agent Development Intern

About the internship

This internship is focused on building AI agents for real-world use cases. You’ll help create CrewAI-based agents that support actual products for paying clients, and prior exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or Graph RAG through hands-on projects will be a plus.

The role also includes cloud-side work, especially around Azure monitoring and management, along with collaboration with senior product managers on assigned tasks and product planning. You are expected to keep learning new tools and methods while staying current with modern AI and product-development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop CrewAI agents that contribute to real products used by paying clients.
• Work with concepts such as LLMs, prompts, RAG, and Graph RAG; practical project experience in these areas is considered an advantage.
• Monitor Azure cloud resources for usage, performance, efficiency, and security.
• Support senior product managers with assigned work and contribute to product development discussions and planning.
• Continue learning new technologies, tools, and industry best practices through hands-on work.

Hiring process

• A task-based skill evaluation will be used to assess technical ability and problem-solving.
• Short interview of about 30 minutes to review experience, skills, and role fit.
• On successful completion of the assessment and interview, onboarding will begin.

Company overview

The organization is a small startup based in Israel and operates fully remotely. It builds trading systems for different products across exchanges worldwide. The team works on its own capital rather than external clients, so there is no website. Work is done using modern development environments, and new models are built from scratch based on recent research in both vision and time-series domains.

• Prior DevOps experience is required.
• Interest in trading or crypto is preferred.

Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship, able to work from 9:30 AM to 1:30 AM IST, and able to start between 26 June 2026 and 31 July 2026. Compensation and perks

The stipend is INR 5,000 to 7,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and flexible working hours.
