Position Overview

Key Duties

  • Coordinate VIP projects from start to finish for brand collaborations and marketing activations, keeping track of timelines, budgets, and communication across teams so deliverables land on time.
  • Handle seeding operations, including placing product orders, preparing packages, monitoring shipments, and working with Operations, Production, and the warehouse to meet dispatch deadlines.
  • Assist with VIP hospitality trips and brand events by organizing RSVPs, travel plans, and guest information such as sizing, dietary needs, and product gifts.
  • Support event and activation execution on-site.
  • Keep a private VIP database updated, identify talent for relevant opportunities, and build opportunity decks for both new and existing talent to help grow strategic relationships.
  • Work with the external PR agency on guest lists, seeding lists, and press-related activations.
  • Prepare recap decks after activations and events, while also monitoring and managing the overall VIP department budget.
  • Track VIP social activity to guide seeding and partnership decisions.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in VIP, public relations, marketing, or a similar field.
