Role Overview

The Validation Lead is responsible for handling solutions across modular and service scopes of work. Modular execution is managed through vendor partners, while services are delivered through Livspace-certified contractors and an internal contracting team. The role exists to ensure that vendor partners receive accurate inputs and that customer requirements are captured correctly before execution begins.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, BOQs, and site conditions to confirm accuracy and completeness.
• Interpret drawings across modular and non-modular scopes, including KWS, furniture, civil, electrical, plumbing, and related disciplines.
• Check BOQ line items against the drawings and confirm quantities.
• Spot design mismatches and anticipate risks that could affect execution.
• Identify any missing items in the BOQ and ensure they are accounted for.
• Complete final BOQ validation after resolving design issues and carrying out a detailed site-level check.
• Deliver accurate validation reports within the defined SLA.

Experience and Qualification Requirements

• A diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
• The role calls for more than 3 years of contracting experience, including around 1 year in execution and 2 years in QS, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
• Applicants should be able to evaluate design feasibility, interpret on-site realities, and anticipate execution challenges.
• Candidates must be organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A strong sense of ownership is important for success in this role.
• Good learning ability is expected.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Additional Role Context

Earlier-stage coordination may include preparing proposal presentations such as Canvas 3D and BOQ for booking-stage discussions, participating in welcome calls with the customer and principal designer, documenting the full conversation and requirements, raising requests for site measurement, and preparing KWS line drawings for validation. The role also involves working with the principal designer and quality surveyor to decide which solutions can be pitched to the client across modular and non-modular services.
