Job Summary
We are hiring a motivated Telecaller to assist the Insurance Process team. In this role, you will connect with both prospective and current customers, help identify leads, walk them through insurance offerings, and manage follow-up activities that support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out by phone to both potential and existing customers.
- Identify and qualify sales leads for insurance-related products.
- Describe policy benefits and respond to basic customer questions.
- Arrange follow-up calls and keep customer information updated in the CRM.
- Work with other internal functions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- A graduate degree in any stream is required.
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Experience in the Insurance or BFSI sector will be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be comfortable working in a target-oriented setup.
