About the Role
Beautyverse is seeking a client success telecaller to support its coaching community for makeup artists. The platform helps MUAs across India grow stable, high-earning businesses, and this position will play a key part in keeping students and leads engaged.
The role starts in a hybrid setup and becomes fully remote after the training period.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to leads and enrolled learners for follow-ups and reminder calls.
- Track payment status and assist in confirming collections on schedule.
- Coordinate and arrange calls between clients and internal team members.
- Keep interaction logs and records updated accurately.
Requirements
- Strong spoken communication in both Hindi and English.
- A pleasant, confident, and professional phone manner.
- Good organization skills with consistent follow-through.
- Previous exposure to telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership.
Job Details
This is a full-time position based in Delhi NCR. The working model is hybrid, with 6 to 9 days per month required from the office.
Compensation includes a fixed salary of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives. With incentives, monthly earnings can reach ₹40,000 to ₹50,000.
