Relationship Officer - LAP

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Relationship Officer to support Loan Against Property (LAP) business in Vijayawada. The position is focused on expanding the LAP customer base, managing ongoing client relationships, delivering strong service, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective borrowers and bring in new customers for Loan Against Property offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with current clients by understanding their financing needs and recommending appropriate LAP options.
• Review applicant finances and carry out credit evaluation for LAP cases.
• Create and explain loan proposals to customers, including all key terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure applications are processed smoothly and on time.
• Work toward both individual and team sales targets for LAP products.
• Stay updated on LAP product features, market developments, and competitor products.
• Follow company procedures, internal policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Respond to client questions and concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards.

Qualification Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a similar discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or relationship handling is preferred, especially in financial services and LAP-related work.
• Good knowledge of Loan Against Property products and the end-to-end process.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Ability to develop long-term client associations and manage customer needs effectively.
• Track record of delivering against sales targets and being results-focused.
• Comfortable using Telugu and English for business communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is needed.

This role is based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India, and is a full-time onsite position.
