Role overview
The Purchasing Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating vehicle orders from start to finish and helping ensure customer vehicles are delivered accurately and on time.
In this position, you will manage the complete order process with external suppliers, keep delivery schedules on track, and work closely with drivers and employers during settlement to reduce delays in vehicle handover or funding approval.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle and accessory orders end to end, making sure details are correct, requirements are met and suppliers are aligned throughout the process.
- Track delivery timelines and maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, dealerships, OEMs and customers to support timely fulfilment.
- Deliver high-quality service to employers and employees by handling queries and building professional, positive working relationships.
- Partner with sales, suppliers and settlements teams to ensure documentation and process steps are completed accurately and within required timeframes.

You are likely to do well in this role if you are confident working with suppliers and internal teams, detail-focused, skilled at managing time well and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a busy setting. A proactive attitude and strong communication skills will be important for success.
Candidate profile
This role suits someone with experience in customer service and SLA-driven work, plus an interest in solving problems and improving how things are done. Exposure to automotive products or financial operations would be an advantage.
