About the Role

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking reliable and upbeat Porters to help keep its facilities clean, orderly, and pleasant for both visitors and staff. This position plays an important part in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day cleaning duties across restrooms, break areas, and shared public spaces.
• Keep floors clean by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as needed.
• Remove waste from bins and support proper trash disposal practices.
• Handle simple maintenance support tasks and notify management when larger repair issues arise.
• Assist with setting up and clearing away furniture or materials for meetings and events.
• Keep cleaning products and supplies well arranged and replenished.
• Offer courteous customer service by welcoming guests and helping with questions when required.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or similar qualification is preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or custodial work is an advantage.
• Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong eye for detail and a high standard of work are important.
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude are expected.
• Ability to work on your own as well as collaboratively with others.
• Willingness to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends when needed.
