Operations Manager

About the Role

As the Operations Manager at CharterHire, you will be responsible for overseeing the full delivery cycle of premium travel experiences spanning private jets, helicopters, yachts, and luxury vehicles. The role is focused on making sure every client interaction is handled with a strong emphasis on safety, operational efficiency, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operational flow across all service categories, keeping coordination smooth and execution punctual.
• Design and roll out operating procedures, policy frameworks, and quality control standards.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with overseas partners, operators, and fleet suppliers.
• Track service outcomes, handle escalations, and ensure a consistently high level of client satisfaction.
• Improve scheduling, vendor selection, and resource planning to support both efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain adherence to aviation, maritime, ground transportation, and safety compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in operational leadership, preferably within aviation, luxury travel, or transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and solve problems effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a clear focus on premium customer service.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
