Role Overview

The Manufacturing Operator will assist the customer across important stages of the manufacturing workflow, with consistent attention to site procedures, safety requirements, and product quality.

What You’ll Do

• Move, handle, and log critical materials inside the facility.
• Follow cleanroom rules and company operating procedures at all times.
• Help maintain required safety and quality standards throughout the process.
• Carry out quality inspections based on process requirements.
• Use MS Office and internal computer systems as needed for daily tasks.

Work Pattern

This position follows a compressed schedule of 7 working days across a 14-day cycle: 4 days on followed by 3 days off, then 3 days on followed by 4 days off. Shifts are 12 hours long and include both day and night work, weekends included.

Role Requirements

• Comfort working in a controlled cleanroom setting, including the use of a gown and required personal protective equipment.
• Full adherence to all safety rules, procedures, and regulatory standards is mandatory.

Physical Demands

The role requires strong physical endurance, including the ability to stand, bend, walk, and reach for the full duration of a 12-hour shift, excluding breaks.
