What you will do

  • Work with the Director of Learning and Development to shape and continuously improve the enterprise learning and leadership development strategy so it stays aligned with business priorities.
  • Turn enterprise and functional strategies into practical learning curricula that build future-ready leadership and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Create scalable, high-impact learning solutions that combine formal instruction, experiential learning, and on-the-job application.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and outside vendors to deliver modern learning experiences that support Georgia-Pacific’s Principle Based Management supervisor expectations.
  • Serve as a connector between strategy and execution, making sure learning efforts stay relevant, prioritized, and tied to outcomes.
  • Influence senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations, strong executive communication, and clear discussion of trade-offs and impact.
  • Establish design standards and decision guardrails so learning efforts remain consistent, high-quality, and aligned across enterprise and regional teams.
  • Support learning and development teams across business segments in delivering leadership development programs.
  • Leverage metrics, feedback, and insights to measure effectiveness and continuously improve learning approaches.
  • Help strengthen an enterprise-wide learning culture that supports performance, accountability, inclusion, and growth.
  • Demonstrate an enterprise mindset, teamwork, and strategic leadership across Georgia-Pacific.
