Role OverviewThis position focuses on building and managing strategic partnerships across multiple sectors, including BFSI segments such as MFI, NBFCs, and cooperative banks, as well as dairy, state government bodies, SRLM, agritech partners, parking, DBT, and toll plazas. The role combines new business development with partner servicing and operational ownership.Core ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential partner organisations for new alliance opportunities.Handle partner onboarding and continue nurturing accounts after the launch stage.Work toward business targets and key performance indicators tied to the partnerships.Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients and partners.Work closely with the operations and product teams to ensure smooth delivery.Build the go-to-market plan and support its execution through the field team.Key CompetenciesStrong prospecting and opportunity-hunting abilityCapability to build and maintain professional relationshipsConfident negotiation and deal-handling skillsAwareness of sector regulations and compliance requirementsSelf-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindsetFocus on revenue growth and business outcomesPractical understanding of the relevant industries and partner ecosystemAdditional InformationThis role is based in the Greater Lucknow Area and is expected to be performed on-site.
