Qualifications and experience

  • Strong practical knowledge of Kenyan labour law and established employee relations practices.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting managers through complex employee relations issues and helping build high-performing teams.
  • Ability to think strategically, contribute ideas, and support projects and employees effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership.
