Its portfolio spans residential layouts, villas, apartments, and commercial properties.Role SummaryThis is a full-time, office-based HR leadership role in Vijayawada. The selected professional will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, performance monitoring, and broader organizational development initiatives to keep HR functions aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full hiring cycle, with a particular focus on sales teams and site staff.Create, update, and implement HR policies while ensuring legal and procedural compliance.Oversee onboarding, employee transitions, and exit formalities.Track employee performance and coordinate appraisal processes.Maintain attendance data, support payroll coordination, and keep HR documentation organized.Address employee concerns, support grievance resolution, and manage workplace relations.Assist with learning, training, and employee development activities.Promote workplace discipline and uphold standards across departments.QualificationsA bachelor’s degree is required, and an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred. The role calls for 5 to 10 years of HR experience, with real estate exposure considered an advantage. Candidates should bring strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities, along with practical knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
