Where you'll work
İş tanımı
Role overview
This role is centered on steering design-related work at the project site for active assignments, making sure every activity follows the contract, the approved design direction, and the planned schedule. The position also carries strong client-facing coordination responsibilities to keep execution moving smoothly and to prevent delays or unnecessary redesign.
Key coordination responsibilities
You will act as the main point of contact linking the design team with client representatives, PMC consultants, and end users. The goal is to keep everyone aligned on design expectations, approvals, and buildability so that the move from design development to site execution remains seamless.
You will also work as the site design coordinator, spotting possible design clashes, RFIs, and interface concerns early and driving quick resolution in collaboration with the central design team.
Design support and issue resolution
The role requires prompt handling of questions raised by execution teams, including matters related to drawings, technical specifications, deviations, and constructability. Any clarification provided must be technically correct, formally cleared, and communicated in a way that avoids interruptions on site.
Meetings, submissions, and approvals
You will regularly participate in discussions with clients and PMC teams covering design deliverables, shop drawings, material submissions, and design revisions. In these meetings, you will present design solutions, explain the technical rationale, and support the approval workflow so that project milestones stay on track.
Another important part of the job is prioritizing and securing key approvals for drawings and technical submissions, while ensuring the design output matches construction sequencing, site limitations, and contractual deadlines.
Execution alignment
Close collaboration with construction and execution teams is essential. You will help synchronize design outputs with the realities of site progress, enabling uninterrupted work and reducing the risk of mismatch between design intent and field implementation.
