Role Summary
This position focuses on shaping long-range strategy for important areas of the portfolio and translating strategic choices into measurable business outcomes. The role spans market, functional, and transformation topics, with close collaboration across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define strategic direction for key portfolio areas, including long-term roadmaps, go-to-market planning, business transformation, organizational design, M&A strategy, and other value-creation initiatives.
- Work closely with business teams to turn strategic plans into execution and tangible business impact.
- Handle a wide range of business contexts, including growth initiatives, operational turnaround efforts, and work across portfolio, marketing, sales, operations, finance, and HR topics in different markets.
- Analyze business and consumer information to develop practical insights that strengthen strategic decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and influence day-to-day business direction.
- Use strong analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and clear verbal and written communication to support decision-making.
- Partner across functions, businesses, and geographies while managing projects effectively and collaboratively.
Qualifications
A strong academic track record is required, along with an MBA from a top-tier business school.
Experience
The role calls for 4 to 6 years of experience.
