About the Role

Al Saqer Property Management, part of United Al Saqer Group L.L.C., handles real estate assets and leasing across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, and international markets. The business delivers residential, commercial, and retail spaces designed to be accessible, practical, and attractive to a wide customer base.

They are hiring an experienced Carpenter to take care of layout work, installation, repairs, finishing, and ongoing upkeep of different structures, fixtures, and buildings. The role also supports the Facilities Engineer by measuring, cutting, and preparing materials according to ASPM standards.

What You’ll Do

• Study and work from drawings, sketches, and design instructions.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, metal, and other materials using manual and power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders.
• Build and fit frames, cabinets, shelving, doors, and other wooden or metal parts.
• Install, maintain, or repair fixtures like windows, stair components, and mouldings.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other trades to deliver work that matches project requirements.
• Follow site health and safety rules to help maintain a secure working environment.
• Maintain clear records of completed tasks and the time spent on each job.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of carpentry experience, preferably in facilities management or property maintenance.
• Vocational training or an apprenticeship in carpentry.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to carry out manual work, including lifting heavy materials.
