Role Overview
A leading telecom and digital services company is hiring a Store Lead for its supply chain operations in Bengaluru. The role centers on controlling store inventory, coordinating with vendors and warehouse teams, and keeping material flow accurate and timely for service center operations.
Requirements
The position asks for a graduate candidate with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast and arrange the spare parts needed for the service center store.
- Check that inventory arriving from the warehouse or vendors matches the expected details and condition.
- Carry out weekly random stock audits to verify product counts.
- Keep stock differences at zero by monitoring and reconciling inventory regularly.
- Oversee store stock and inventory levels according to business needs.
- Coordinate day-to-day interactions with multiple vendors.
- Ensure smooth functioning of distribution and network-related material movement.
- Plan and track movement of goods to distributors and retailers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly dashboard updates, along with daily MIS reports.
- Maintain records related to the company’s special offers and associated registers.
Skills Needed
Success in this role depends on strong inventory control, vendor coordination, stock reconciliation, material movement planning, reporting discipline, and working knowledge of supply chain operations.
