Requirements

The position asks for a graduate candidate with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast and arrange the spare parts needed for the service center store.
• Check that inventory arriving from the warehouse or vendors matches the expected details and condition.
• Carry out weekly random stock audits to verify product counts.
• Keep stock differences at zero by monitoring and reconciling inventory regularly.
• Oversee store stock and inventory levels according to business needs.
• Coordinate day-to-day interactions with multiple vendors.
• Ensure smooth functioning of distribution and network-related material movement.
• Plan and track movement of goods to distributors and retailers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly dashboard updates, along with daily MIS reports.
• Maintain records related to the company’s special offers and associated registers.

Skills Needed
