Senior TIBCO Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior TIBCO Developer for a fully remote contract opportunity. The role involves building, supporting, and improving a TIBCO-based integration landscape that serves complex enterprise systems. You will work with both architecture and implementation, helping deliver dependable integration solutions for business-critical and third-party systems.

What You Will Do

• Create, enhance, test, and support TIBCO integration components and services.
• Improve and maintain the current TIBCO environment.
• Ensure solutions are delivered to SIT with strong quality and minimal issues.
• Investigate and fix intricate integration problems across connected platforms.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand needs and convert them into workable technical solutions.
• Prepare and keep technical documents up to date.
• Handle third-party connectivity and related integration work.
• Participate in DevOps-related activities and ongoing process improvements.
• Estimate effort for development tasks and contribute to project planning.

Required Experience and Technical Background

• At least 5 years of practical experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, ActiveMatrix, and TIBCO BPM.
• Hands-on exposure to DevOps tooling such as Git and Jenkins.
• Good programming ability in Java, Unix, Shell Scripting, and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL.
• Working knowledge of SOAP, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, and SSH/TLS certificates.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills in complex enterprise integration setups with multiple linked systems.
• Experience spanning solution design as well as detailed technical delivery.
• Practical familiarity with enterprise integration gateways.
• Ability to estimate work accurately and complete deliverables on time.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-moving remote setting.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to Python, Angular, C++, or PHP is an added advantage.
• Background in telecommunications platforms such as CRM, Online Charging Systems (OCS), billing, and provisioning is beneficial.
• Experience with mobile or enterprise test automation frameworks is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities are preferred.
• A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving approach will be valuable.
