About the roleThis role sits within PUMA’s marketing and creative setup and focuses on developing graphic ideas and execution for the brand’s social media presence. The position supports the creation of engaging visual content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, while staying aligned with PUMA’s global design direction.The role reports to the Creative Lead and works closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce localised content that feels relevant, current, and on-brand.MissionThe main objective is to support social content ideation and design execution for PUMA’s social and ambassador channels, ensuring consistency with the brand’s global tone and visual identity.Key responsibilitiesCollaborate with social, business, and creative stakeholders to develop local Instagram content that fits PUMA’s global design language.Design content for PUMA’s social media and ambassador channels while maintaining the brand’s overall tone and visual style.Stay updated on emerging design trends and bring them into creative execution where relevant.Understand Instagram as a platform for trends, creators, design formats, and content consumption.Performance expectationsSuccess in this role will be evaluated based on the originality of the creative output, as well as the engagement and click-through performance it generates.Working relationshipsThis position requires close coordination with internal marketing and creative teams.Skills and toolsThe ideal candidate should bring a strong graphic design foundation, familiarity with industry-standard design tools, awareness of fashion and design trends, animation knowledge, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort in working with vendors when needed.Eligibility and experienceThis role is intended for candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design.Additional informationPUMA’s hiring culture is guided by SPEED & SPIRIT and its values: BE DRIVEN, BE VIBRANT, BE TOGETHER, and BE YOU.
