Presales Executive

Role overview

Cult.fit is hiring a lively and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to support brand awareness and lead generation before the launch of new center locations. This position is centered around below-the-line marketing, on-ground promotion, kiosk operations, and engaging walk-ins while the site is still being prepared.

What you will do

• Carry out below-the-line promotional activities in surrounding residential and commercial neighborhoods.
• Hand out pamphlets and other marketing material to build awareness and attract leads.
• Set up kiosk activity near the upcoming center and manage it on the ground.
• Interact with visitors who come to the kiosk and guide them effectively.
• Present membership options, offers, and membership advantages to prospective customers.
• Record lead details carefully and keep the information updated.
• Work closely with the sales team to support follow-up and conversion efforts.
• Assist with local activation plans and pre-launch marketing initiatives.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

What we are looking for

• A graduate or undergraduate candidate is preferred.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or similar promotional work.
• Comfortable taking on outdoor field-based marketing assignments.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A goal-oriented attitude with strong energy and drive.
• Open to working in a pre-launch environment and flexible shifts.

Additional information

This role is based in Delhi, Delhi, India. The work setup is on-site and the job is full-time. The position is focused on the pre-launch phase of upcoming Cult.fit centers.
