Role OverviewInvertis University is seeking a Placement Executive for an urgent hiring requirement. The position is based in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, and is intended for a professional who can support student placements, industry outreach, and placement-related coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify suitable placement openings for students based on their individual skills and strengths.Connect with companies and other organizations to secure campus recruitment opportunities.Develop and sustain strong relationships with students in order to understand their capabilities and career interests.Plan, organize, and coordinate campus placement drives.Prepare and share reports with relevant stakeholders whenever required.Track market and industry changes so students remain aligned with current hiring expectations.Handle data management tasks, including maintaining records related to NAAC and NIRF.Qualification and ExperienceA postgraduate candidate is required.
