The aim is to deliver payroll systems that are correctly set up, compliant, tested, enhanced where needed, and supported through go-live and critical payroll cycles.Location: Hyderabad, IndiaExperience: 4 to 8 yearsCore ResponsibilitiesSet up the payroll module in line with each client’s business rules, pay structures, and statutory obligationsManage the complete payroll implementation journey from discovery and requirement collection to deployment at the client sitePerform functional testing and work with the product team to build and refine module enhancementsInvestigate payroll-related client issues, identify the underlying cause, apply fixes, and verify that the issue has been resolvedAssist clients during important payroll activities such as appraisals, increments, and annual compensation revisionsPartner with internal implementation and development teams to keep go-live timelines on trackSkills and RequirementsHands-on experience with global payroll configuration and processingStrong understanding of statutory and compliance requirementsExperience in payroll system implementationExposure to payroll processing across multiple countriesAbility to support clients directly and resolve payroll queriesWorking knowledge of payroll module setup and configurationAdvanced Excel skills for formulas and data handling are an advantageMBA in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferredBachelor’s degree is requiredBenefitsDynamic and collaborative work cultureOpportunities for career growth and skill developmentCompetitive pay and benefitsChance to contribute to products that positively affect businesses and their employeesAdditional InformationThis is a full-time, on-site position in Hyderabad.
