Role Overview

As a janitorial associate, you help create a strong first and last impression by keeping the store clean, orderly, and safe. The role covers areas from the parking lot and restrooms to the receiving area.

Pay and Additional Compensation

The pay range for this position is $15 to $28 per hour. The listed rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the job location. In addition to base pay, annual or quarterly performance incentives may be available. Depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed, premium pay may also apply. These premiums can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, and more than one premium may apply if eligibility criteria are met.

Work Schedule

This role is available as both full-time and part-time. Shifts currently offered include mid-shift and closing.

Tuition, books, and fees are fully covered.
