Role Summary
This full-time Junior Data Analyst position is based in Worcester, MA and follows a hybrid setup, blending on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The role focuses on gathering, cleaning, structuring, and maintaining operational and business data from several sources to help teams make informed decisions.
What You Will Do
- Collect data from different operational and business sources and bring it into usable formats.
- Clean, organize, and validate datasets to improve consistency and accuracy.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and simple dashboards for reporting needs.
- Prepare routine reports as well as one-off analyses for internal teams.
- Summarize findings and highlight meaningful trends, gaps, and exceptions.
- Review data related to projects, service performance, and customer outcomes to spot issues or variances.
- Document processes and workflows used for data handling and reporting.
- Work with teams across operations and finance on shared analytics requirements.
- Support senior analysts with special assignments and ongoing analytics initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, comfort working with numbers, and the ability to turn datasets into useful insights. Experience with spreadsheet tools is essential, and familiarity with visualization or database tools is a plus. Additional Requirements
