Role overview
This opening is for a Client Onboarding Analyst to join a global financial institution’s Client Lifecycle Management function. The position is suited to someone with a background in client onboarding, KYC, AML, client servicing, or financial operations who can work effectively in a fast-moving, deadline-oriented setting.
The assignment is based in Getzville, New York, with a hybrid work arrangement and an expected duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion.
What you will do
- Own client onboarding and remediation work from the initial request through final completion.
- Assist with KYC review activities, document gathering, and regulatory remediation efforts.
- Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Risk partners to keep onboarding on schedule.
- Monitor incoming onboarding cases, keep records current, and share progress updates with internal and external contacts.
- Handle your assigned queue independently and flag issues that could affect delivery timelines.
- Review onboarding data and processing turnaround metrics to help improve workflows and meet regulatory expectations.
- Provide strong client support while following audit, compliance, and risk requirements.
What we are looking for
- Prior experience in client onboarding, KYC, AML, client services, account opening, or client lifecycle management in financial services.
- Good knowledge of KYC records and regulatory due diligence procedures.
- Clear communication, strong coordination, and effective stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfort managing several priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical capability and hands-on skill with Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to global banking or other financial institutions is preferred.
