About Wealth Management Institute (WMI)
Founded in 2003 by GIC and Temasek, Wealth Management Institute (WMI) focuses on strengthening the capabilities needed to invest in a better future. Its goal is to serve as Asia’s leading centre of excellence for education and research in wealth and asset management.
WMI delivers a wide range of practical certification and diploma programmes, and also partners with leading universities for master’s-level qualifications. With more than 17,000 enrolments each year, it supports professionals across Asia, including wealth managers, asset managers, lawyers, trust professionals, family offices and financial regulators, through over 150 programmes. It is also Singapore’s primary training provider for private banking and wealth management.
In addition, WMI leads the Global-Asia Family Office (GFO) Circle, a community and capability-building platform for the family office sector, supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). It also heads the Asia Centre for Changemakers (ACC), backed by Temasek Trust and the Philanthropy Asia Alliance (PAA).

Key Responsibilities
- Handle learner registration by checking and compiling all required details, making sure IBF funding conditions are met, and ensuring invoices are issued to learners on time.
- Work with trainers to review and complete training materials before each session, while also arranging programme logistics such as venue setup and enabling learner access to the learning management system promptly.
- Provide on-site support during programme sessions to keep operations running smoothly, resolve issues quickly, maintain strong engagement with learners and trainers, and gather evaluation feedback after delivery.
- Support customised programme requirements when needed, including working with internal teams to plan and schedule those programmes.
- Manage post-training tasks such as issuing e-certificates to eligible learners, submitting IBF funding claims, and invoicing corporate clients.
- Keep administrative records accurate and well organised in the learning management system, with proper documentation aligned to governance requirements.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement by spotting process gaps and proposing practical ways to address them.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in any field.
- One to two years of experience in organising, managing, or delivering training programmes or events, ideally in an educational institution or a leading organisation.
- Fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude and positive aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
- Good energy, a positive service mindset, and a strong drive for programme and client excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills, good situational awareness, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Comfortable using digital tools and handling technology confidently.
- Solid planning, coordination, project management, and organisational abilities.
- Patient, meticulous, pleasant, and able to work with minimal supervision while showing initiative.
- Willingness to work late or on weekends when required.
