Associate - Operations

Role Overview

We are looking to bring in a Warehouse Associate for an immediate start. This position is designed to help you build practical knowledge in distribution, logistics, and supply chain operations while working with a global business-to-business solutions provider.

What You Will Do

• Carry out core warehouse activities such as receiving goods, selecting orders, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and maintaining assigned work areas.
• Maintain log sheets and process incoming shipments.
• Check supplier returns and record order receipts.
• Move materials around the warehouse and combine inventory where needed.
• Prepare packing documentation and assemble packing lists.
• Pack items, apply labels, wrap shipments, and load outbound trucks.

Experience and Qualifications

• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• No prior experience is needed; this is an entry-level opportunity.
• Warehouse operations experience of 1 year is preferred.

Skills and Work Requirements

• Comfort with basic computer use is preferred.
• Ability to approach day-to-day issues with simple problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
• Should be prepared to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to use warehouse machinery, including powered equipment, is required.
