ఉద్యోగ వివరణ
Role Overview
This position supports the Corporate HR Hub team by delivering high-quality HR service support. The role focuses on employment contract management, payroll control checks, and continuous improvement of HR policies, workflows, and day-to-day practices. The role reports to the Corporate HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review employment contracts so they comply with legal requirements and internal company procedures.
- Run onboarding for all new Corporate hires, regardless of the country in which they are based.
- Complete Right to Work checks for new employees in line with the company’s UK employer licence requirements.
- Process new starters, transfers, and leavers for International Expat and UK Corporate employees in the HRIS, ensuring consistency with company rules and processes.
- Keep HRIS records accurate for absences and any reduced-pay periods affecting International Expatriate and Corporate employees.
- Track and manage all employee absences for Corporate staff, including communication with the employee and their line manager, and organise occupational health return-to-work reviews when needed.
- Examine employee expense claims in the HRIS to confirm they meet Corporate policy, including claims submitted by contingent workers assigned under Corporate.
- Each month, verify all variable payroll information submitted by Regional HR teams to ensure payment instructions match company policy and entitlements are correctly recorded.
- Compile the monthly input sheet and combine variable pay data for employing entities within the Corporate scope so the Payroll team can process it.
- Assist the Corporate HR Advisor with audits of HR activities completed by regional teams.
- Stay current on HR policies, procedures, labour laws, regulations, and industry developments to ensure the Corporate HR team works with accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience in employee relations, administration, and compliance.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR or a closely related field.
- Strong organisational and administrative capability.
- Confidence in advising and collaborating with senior colleagues.
- Good understanding of employment law.
- Approachable manner with strong communication and relationship-building skills at all organisational levels.
- Self-driven and persistent.
- Practical, analytical, and able to resolve issues efficiently.
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator role or a similar position.
- Hands-on experience using IT tools and multiple HRIS platforms, with Workday considered an advantage.
- Experience dealing with employee labour relations, including terms and conditions of employment.
