Role overview
Shaac is looking for a proactive Administration Manager who can balance office administration with sales-focused work. The ideal person will bring strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, along with experience in sales, sales leadership, and marketing support.
What you will do
- Handle the company’s day-to-day administrative operations so workflows stay structured and efficient.
- Create and roll out sales plans that help increase revenue and achieve target numbers.
- Lead and support a sales team, offering direction so team members can perform effectively.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Maintain clear communication with employees and external clients to build and preserve strong professional relationships.
- Review sales performance data and market movements to spot areas for expansion and improvement.
- Make sure administrative and sales activities follow internal policies and relevant regulations.
