Its academic team is central to helping motivated learners become skilled and confident professionals.Role SummaryThe ACCA Mentor will primarily strengthen student learning through structured practice, close performance tracking, and personalised academic support. This position is not centred on leading classroom teaching; instead, it is designed to improve exam readiness, reinforce concepts, and ensure learners at different levels receive the guidance they need to progress successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport students with structured question practice by selecting appropriate questions for each topic and level, while improving their problem-solving approach and exam technique.Monitor student practice and assessment outcomes, identify gaps at an early stage, and provide targeted support to keep learners on track.Create practice papers, mock assessments, and assignments that align with the current ACCA syllabus and examination style.Evaluate answer scripts carefully, share clear feedback on accuracy, presentation, and time management, and guide students on how to improve.Conduct individual doubt-clearing sessions to address learner-specific challenges and offer tailored remediation.Facilitate group doubt-clearing sessions to resolve common issues and strengthen understanding across the batch.Adapt mentoring support for different student groups, including fast-track, average, and at-risk learners, based on their pace and needs.Maintain accurate records of practice completion, scores, and progress, and share regular performance updates.Performance ExpectationsACCA exam pass rate of at least 80%.Question practice completion rate of at least 90%.Answer script correction turnaround within 48 hours.Doubt-clearing attendance of at least 90%.Improvement of at least 15% from one mock test to the next.Student satisfaction or feedback score of at least 90%.Active student retention of at least 90%.Required Qualifications and SkillsMust be an ACCA Affiliate or an ACCA candidate who has cleared all 10 papers.Previous exposure to mentoring, tutoring, question-practice support, or answer correction in ACCA or commerce education is preferred.Strong understanding of ACCA subjects, current exam structure, and marking expectations.Very good spoken and written English communication skills with the ability to explain solutions clearly and patiently.Ability to mentor learners with different levels of ability through both one-to-one and group interactions.Comfort with online and hybrid learning tools, LMS platforms, and digital assessment or correction workflows.Strong focus on outcomes, learner progress, and pass-rate improvement.What the Organisation OffersCompetitive compensation.Ongoing professional development opportunities.A defined growth pathway to Senior Mentor, Faculty Associate, Faculty, and Senior Faculty roles.A supportive academic environment with access to modern teaching infrastructure.The chance to contribute to the careers of aspiring finance professionals.LocationThis role is based in Kochi, Calicut, and Kannur.
