About the internship

This work-from-home internship is for a motivated individual who can handle a combined role as an IELTS trainer and visa counselor. The position suits someone with strong English communication skills, good people skills, and an interest in helping students plan their international education and immigration journey. You will support learners in improving IELTS performance and assist with the early stages of visa guidance and documentation.

IELTS training responsibilities

Run engaging IELTS coaching sessions for single learners or small groups.
Set, supervise, and assess practice exercises across Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
Share clear feedback and tailor study approaches to help students raise their band scores.
Use your own IELTS study resources such as books, worksheets, and online materials.
Monitor learner progress and encourage them to stay focused on their target score.

Visa counseling responsibilities

Offer first-level guidance to students and clients on overseas study options and immigration routes.
Support senior counselors by researching visa rules for destinations such as the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Help with paperwork needed for university applications and visa submission.
Understand and explain visa document lists, application steps, and compliance requirements.

Administrative and digital support

Maintain client details in CRM software.
Assist with MIS updates for reporting and analysis.
Use Microsoft Excel to manage trackers for progress, test results, and application status.
Contribute to digital marketing tasks by creating content for social media, blogs, and newsletters on IELTS and visa-related topics.

Eligibility and other conditions

Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship and able to start between 23rd May 2026 and 27th June 2026. The internship runs for 6 months. Candidates should bring relevant skills and interests, and women looking to begin or restart their careers are welcome to apply. Additional expectations include having a personal IELTS score of 7.5 bands or above, strong spoken and written English, and the ability to dedicate enough time to the internship. Prior teaching or mentoring exposure is preferred, and familiarity with overseas education or visa processes is helpful. A teaching English certification such as TEFL or TESOL is an advantage but not compulsory.

Additional information

Stipend structure: Fixed pay of ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month, plus incentive pay of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
