Key responsibilities
- Deliver first- and second-line assistance for issues related to hardware, software, and system operations.

- Raise more complex incidents to engineering or infrastructure teams when needed.
- Track system health, support cases, and repeated issues to spot improvement areas.
- Install, set up, and maintain software, applications, and basic IT systems.
- Record problems, resolutions, and helpful reference notes for future use.
- Help carry out system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance tasks.
