Role Overview
Panda Restaurant Group is looking for a seasoned store leader to oversee operations at a single location in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. This role is responsible for running the store effectively, leading associates, supporting business performance, and delivering a strong guest experience.
What You'll Be Responsible For
In this position, you will guide the day-to-day operation of the store. Your work will include hiring, supervising, and directing team members so that financial targets are met and guests receive consistently excellent service.
Training and Development
To set you up for success, the company provides paid Store Management Leadership Training along with mentorship and support from the Panda community. The training program lasts 8 or more weeks.

Candidate Profile
Applicants should bring management experience and be prepared to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends. The role may require assignment to a store within a 50-mile radius. Food safety certification through ServSafe is expected.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
This job is performed in a fast-moving restaurant environment where work areas can be hot, noisy, and space is limited. Associates may need to stand for long periods, prepare hot and cold items, use kitchen tools such as a Chinese cook knife, and work accurately while moving quickly. The role also requires lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for up to four hours, and reaching across 36-inch counters to serve guests. Employees must be able to adapt to changing priorities, communicate clearly, and manage conflict or difficult situations effectively.

Compensation
The pay range for this role is $28 to $31 per hour. Pay is determined by factors such as location and experience. Bonus programs are not guaranteed and may be changed or ended at the company’s discretion.
