  • Analyze market data using recognized compensation surveys such as Radford, Mercer, and Aon to keep pay positioning aligned with target benchmarks.
  • Own compensation governance, policy, and compliance work, including pay transparency, pay equity reviews, and regional labor-law requirements.
  • Advise HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on compensation for offers, promotions, and retention plans.
  • Drive compensation projects such as job architecture alignment, Workday Advanced Compensation implementations, and acquisition integration efforts.
  • Build compensation training, communication materials, and decision-making tools for leaders.
  • Work with Total Rewards and Finance to forecast compensation expense and evaluate the financial impact of compensation programs.
  • Track compensation trends and emerging practices, then turn findings into recommendations for senior HR and business stakeholders.

Minimum requirements

  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards, including responsibility for global programs.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, market pricing, job evaluation, and incentive plan design.
  • Advanced analytical ability and strong Excel skills; experience with tools such as Radford, Mercer, or Workday Advanced Compensation is preferred.
  • Proven project management and organization skills, with the ability to handle several initiatives at once.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and business leaders across different geographies.
  • Familiarity with global compensation regulations and trends, including pay transparency, FLSA, and EU pay directives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convert data into clear business insights.
