Planning Engineer

About the Role

Al Rajhi 4 Eng'g Consultations is seeking a Planning & Follow-up Engineer to join a critical Desalination Plant Construction Project in Aden, Republic of Yemen. This is an onsite, full-time position based in Al Saudia, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports and performance dashboards.
• Conduct follow-up activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Analyze project data using Power BI and Advanced Excel to provide insights.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment with project plans.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project planning and follow-up is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in construction or infrastructure projects; experience with desalination or water-related projects is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• The ability to create detailed schedules, insightful progress reports, and effective dashboards is crucial.
• Must be capable of diligently following up on project performance and ensuring adherence to plans.
